Whistleblowing

Together we uphold the highest standards of ethics, compliance, safety, and professionalism in every operation.
In the oil and gas industry, operational excellence relies not only on technical expertise and safety performance but also on strong ethical standards and responsible conduct. Our Whistleblowing System serves as a trusted platform for reporting concerns related to fraud, corruption, safety violations, misconduct, or any actions that may threaten our people, assets, operations, and corporate reputation. We encourage everyone to speak up when something does not seem right. By reporting concerns responsibly, you contribute to a safer workplace, stronger governance, and a more sustainable future for our organization. Because safeguarding integrity is a responsibility shared by all.

This Whistleblower System is intended solely for reporting suspected violations of company policies, ethical standards, or applicable laws and regulations. Deliberate misuse of this reporting channel may result in appropriate action.

Integrity Starts With Speaking Up.

Upholding Integrity, Building Trust, and Driving Sustainable Growth
In the energy and oil & gas industry, operational excellence is not measured solely by technical performance, innovation, or business achievements. It is equally defined by a strong commitment to integrity, ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. These principles serve as the foundation of every decision, action, and relationship we build with our employees, business partners, customers, shareholders, and the communities in which we operate.
As part of our commitment to implementing the highest standards of Good Corporate Governance, we have established a Whistleblowing System (WBS) as a secure, confidential, and independent reporting channel. This system provides employees and stakeholders with the opportunity to report suspected misconduct, fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, abuse of authority, safety violations, unethical behavior, or any actions that may compromise our values, operations, and corporate reputation.

We believe that maintaining a culture of integrity is a shared responsibility. Every individual has an important role in helping to identify risks, prevent misconduct, and promote ethical business practices. Speaking up when concerns arise is not only an act of responsibility—it is a meaningful contribution toward fostering a transparent, accountable, and professional working environment.

All reports submitted through the Whistleblowing System are handled with the utmost seriousness and professionalism. Reports are assessed objectively, investigated independently, and managed in accordance with established procedures. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of whistleblowers and ensuring that individuals who report concerns in good faith are safeguarded from retaliation, discrimination, or any form of adverse treatment.
By encouraging open communication and responsible reporting, we strengthen our ability to protect our people, safeguard our assets, enhance operational integrity, and preserve the trust placed in us by our stakeholders. Every report, regardless of its scale, contributes to continuous improvement and reinforces our commitment to conducting business with honesty, transparency, and accountability.

Together, we can build a stronger culture of integrity, protect what matters most, and ensure a sustainable future for our business, our people, and the communities we serve.
