PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa provides services including maintenance, supply, fabrication, construction, installation, contracting, consultancy, rental and inspection to clients in the mining, oil, gas, petrochemical industries all throughout Indonesia.

Our aim to provide to our clients a performance and product with the highest quality in our field, conforming to specific or individual requirements, at the least cost and in the shortest lead time.

The five key-stone elements of our philosophy are;

  • To exceed out client’s expectations by ensuring that appropriate two-way communications are maintained to enable us to fully understand and fulfill their requirements;
  • Setting measurable targets to monitor our achievement toward pre-determined objectives;
  • To evaluate our performance against these targets to identify progress;
  • To provide appropriate resources and a suitable working environment for out staff;
  • And to monitor, audit and review our systems to identify areas to continually improve performance.

To Accomplish these objectives, PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa has established a QA department, documented all in-house workflows, implemented and maintains the ISO 9001-2008 standard as an effective Quality Management System.

This policy is reviewed annually or as required by changing circumstances, in order to ensure its continuing suitability to respond to client’s specific or individual requirements in a prompt and professional manner!
